Quality Management System (QMS)

SAMEX Consulting has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), which uses ISO 9001:2015 as a framework that allows our organisation to document and improve our quality practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our client, stakeholders and interested parties.

To ensure a common approach to managing quality performance and to achieve ongoing improvement throughout SAMEX Consulting, we focus on the systematic identiļ¬cation, management and improvement of the areas of our business that present risk. This approach applies to the management of quality issues across our business, as well as the management of quality activities that affect our management system and services.

Implementing a QMS enables us to:

  • Centrally identify, evaluate and manage risk across the business, as often risks are inter-related;
  • Centrally manage the requirements for certification to International Standards;
